OBAMAS POST-WHITE HOUSE HOME PURCHASE STIRS CONTROVERSY
President Obama’s time in office is slowly winding down, and he’ll surely have no shortage of options on how he chooses to spend his time moving forward. As the Daily Mail reports, he’ll also have several options on where to spend the night.
The Obama’s have reportedly purchased a home in Rancho Mirage, California that will serve as their second home. This is not just any run of the mill vacation property either, but rather a mansion located in a community known as one of the world’s top golf destinations.
There’s no specifics on the specs for the new digs, but the community is super exclusive, and a well-known spot among the jet set, rich and famous crowd. Earlier this year, it was announced that the family will be leasing a 4.3 million home in a ritzy section of Washington DC so that youngest daughter Sasha can finish out high school without interruption.
Additionally, the Obama’s are rumored to have purchased a vacation home in Hawaii, which also happens to be the home state of the president. While the First Family has a pretty big lifestyle change around the corner, it certainly sounds like they’ll be living out the next phase of their lies in style.
