Of course, the best way to remove tartar is a visit to the dentist, but there is other way and you can do it at home.

To do this, you ‘will need:

– Baking soda

– Brush

– Hydrogen peroxide

– Salt

– Water

– A cup

– Antiseptic mouthwash

Baking soda is the most popular and effective tool for removing dental tartar.

Step 1:  First, mix one tablespoon of baking soda with ½ teaspoon of salt in a glass. Immerse the brush in the mixture. Brush your teeth for five minutes.

Step 2: Mix a cup full of hydrogen peroxide with a ½ cup of warm water and rinse your mouth for one minute, then spit and rinse with ½ cup cold water.

Step 3: Rinse your mouth with an antiseptic mouthwash and repeat the procedure every two days.
